Do customers need an app?
No. They open your enrollment link on their phone and add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the same apps they already use.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a paid plan and add a card to start a 14-day free trial with full access. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What counts as an active pass?
A signed-up wallet pass that is not expired, revoked, or fully redeemed. Plan limits apply to active passes and published templates.
What can staff do with the scanner?
Depending on pass type: add stamps or points, redeem coupons, verify membership, and check in event attendees. All from the browser on desktop.
Can I send push notifications?
Yes on Pro. Wallet push notifications go to pass holders. Starter includes design, publish, and scan without push.
Where is my data stored?
Teedz runs on secure cloud infrastructure with organization-scoped access. See our Privacy page for how customer and account data is handled.
